Hey Everyone.

Tonight, at midnight (3:00am eastern time if you live in my time zone) Netflix will release A Series of Unfortunate Events, and I could not be more excited. The first season will be 8 episodes long and cover the first 4 books of the 13-book series. The first book was published in 1999 and the last one was published in 2006.

I have memories with this series, I remember curling up next to my mom on our broken down couch inside our broken down house and listening to her read this energetic, artistic story to me and my brother. My love for books started at an early age, and this series helped contribute to it.

I highly suggested to anyone and everyone that you watch this Netflix series, and if you don’t have Netflix, spend the 7 or 8 bucks a month to get it. There’s a lot of good shows coming out through Netflix, that have substance, which is hard to find in modern day film making.

P.S.

Thanks for reading guys, I just started a facebook page today, so go ahead and look me up on facebook, also follow me on periscope and instagram to keep up to date on the things we’re doing.

  1. HI,
Watched the first episode, while nice it hasn’t yet fully drawn me in yet.
I will have to look at the future episodes before I make a decision.
I like the characters enough, but something about how the episode was done nags at me.

I’m not going to lie, I thought the same thing after the first episode. Neil patrick harris as count olaf was awkward when he was introduced, the mood of the episode was quarky.

But the rest of the season makes up for it, so dont be discouraged to watch the rest lol
